Avatar was one of my favorite shows, and I never missed an episode. It was a great bonding experience. <3

But this one sucks! It looks cool and all, but that is NOT avatar! Skyscrapers, electricity, mobsters? NO! I'll still watch it, and I'll probably like it, but it's not avatar anymore.

Oh, yeah, and the movie? It made me want to gouge my eyes out.

I agree, but Mr. DiMartino has assured us at Comic Con that it will be the same show, but with a different setting.

I can imagine he'll update us on the end of Aang's life and what he's done to the world.

Btw guys, the girl in it is more of a tom-boy. Except a little more feminine. Like Katara. Kind of.

I think I would've liked a season 4 to the A:TLA series instead of just starting a new one. I feel like he left things unfinished.

I don't mind introducing new characters and settings and whatnot. Just make a season 4: "Air". They could involve finding that new species of Bison, maybe something about Zuko finding his mother who is supposed to be alive.

My friend thinks it's a bad idea to have a female lead on an action show. I think he's dead wrong, but I guess we'll have to see next year.

The first series was so great. One of the most intelligent and grabbing shows on Nickelodeon. I'll have to rent this on DVD.

BUT MY GOD DID THAT MOVIE WITH THE ACTORS SUCK.

I must, to a degree, agree with your friend. There are more, and more, and more female leads in action movies and stuff (Hunger Games [Oh God], this, those Verizon commercials, etc.). I'm not being mean to women, but it just doesn't work for me. Maybe if they had bigger.....
