What was the scariest thing that happened to you?

The scariest thing that happened to me was, umm... there is no really scary story in my life

I think it was about two years ago, at the fair in my county.
I thought it would be fun to ride this ride called the Kamikaze. It went upside down and junk, really fast.
Anyway, I'm a small person and I don't really like riding roller coasters. It's terrifying when you're literally lifted out of your seat and you would have fallen out if it hadn't been for the safety bar.
I could feel myself slipping about in the seat, even with the safety thing. I seriously felt that I was holding on for dear life.

Yes, funnily enough, it was brought on by myself.
...The name fits a bit too well, though... Kamikaze are suicide bombers.

I went to a water park at the Dells, Wisconsin. They have this humongous hotel/waterpark. I went into one of the four waterparks. They have this giant wave machine, which was inhabited with tons of people and tubers. I decided to swim under this group of tubers, but I lost balance of my breath and I went to swim back up. Unfortunately, I couldn't break into the group of tubers and I almost drowned. I sucked in water a bit with losing breath, but I managed to burst out in the open, flipping the tubers. They got a little ticked off, but I told them I couldn't breathe and I almost drowned.

I was sleeping one night (not a dream!) and I woke up to go to the bathroom and I heard, what sounded like a girl screaming or someone and it all ended with something that sounded like a gunshot. It was scary but I knew I was safe in a house.

Every time a fight happens at school it's scary.

I experienced my first earthquake and we didn't realize it until the glass window right next to me shattered, I could've got injured but luckily the blinds were down. At first I thought did someone drug my cookies, because it was weird walking but we realized it was an earthquake.

Actually, I've been having these weird sights for a couple years now. Now I'm not crazy but I'm not sure what happened.

I heard a loud whisper coming from my kitchen saying

"I'm going to ****ing kill you *my name here*"

And then couple days later saw a white figure going into a room in my house.
Yea I'm a messed up kid.

I was raking leaves with my parents, and my mom asked to take the leaf bag (which was full to the curb) So I got halfway up the driveway and looked in the bag and saw two HUGE spiders. They we're about the size of a half dollar (which is pretty big for spiders around here) One was pure black, and one was black with white stripes. All I could do was stop and stare. I kept stammering and my eyes were wide, then my mom asked me what was wrong and I pointed to the spiders.

And since I have a fear of spiders it really creeped me out o.O

Probably the car accident I was in back in May 2011. I hit a trailer going the opposite way at 60 MPH. Not fun.

Nightmares are a lot scarier, though, because they know your mind and what frightens you the most, and puts an example on display for you to live through. Most of my nightmares involve me being trapped, and I'm awaiting consequence. Being given consequence isn't the bad part, it's the anxiety of receiving consequence that kills me. Knowing inevitable consequences are what kills me the most. Like, I had a nightmare where I was given a timer of when the Sun would explode. Absolute torture for me. I've never seen or felt a sun explode, but I imagine it's not fun.

Oh god I hate nightmares... it's like your trapped and forced to go through something until you wake up. I once had some random dream where I was trapped and when I tried to wake up, I couldn't even wake up. The odd part was I knew I was dreaming, but still couldn't wake myself up...

I got dropped off on a bot at an island in the middle of a lake with some friends by this drunk guy at a party... He sorta forgot about us... So we had to swim really far to shore (we left 2 fatish kids on the island incase the guy who dropped us off remembered us.. but yeah then we swam the wrong direction so we had to walk for like 2 hours or something to reach the house. Not really scary.. sorta (btw it was night when we swam)

i was at six flags and i was just tall enough to ride the acriphobia. its this ride that takes you up real high and drops you. i was scared at the top.
