I'm pretty sure it'd work well with everyone though.

Trick:
SPOILER: The person that buys the box put $20 in the box and then bought the box for $30. So he/she spent $50 and only got $40 from the box. The other one puts $20 in the box and receives $30, so he/she made $10.
Got me thinking for some time though.

Oh, I see now. The only person who's earning money is Guy3. The money Guy1 gets from selling his box is worth what he put in plus 10, but Guy2 doesn't earn 10. He's just spent 20.

Even if Guy1 splits his "profit" with Guy2, he's still 15 less than what he started with, and Guy1's earned 5.
