Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Looking For a Flash Game Maker (please read before responding)

Notice: Do NOT reply if you are not interested or cannot help without agreeing to the terms at the end of the post.

Basically, I'm looking for someone to help me attain my goal of codeveloping a Flash game.   I already have the idea, and some hand-drawn art that can easily be made into game-ready characters/objects.   I have a plot, a concept, and all that.   Not saying that it couldn't use a bit of work, but it's pretty good.   If you express interest, I'll show you all the information and (eventually) the art.

Here are those terms.
To make this game, you must understand that:
- You will not be paid anything by me for helping to make the game.   It will be uploaded to Kongregate by me, and anywhere else you choose (if we can both agree), and any revenue gathered through them can be split 60-40.   You'd get the 60, of course.
- We both get credit in the game, of course.
- The game isn't done until we both say so.
- Once the game has been started, there's no bailing out midway.

If you want to get a link to the game as soon as it's published, PM me with the subject "I want the link."   The message doesn't matter.

What exactly are you looking for? A coder or a graphics designer? And what is your initial game idea?

I've always wanted to make a flash game too, but I've never really been able to finish one. Also are you using the actual Flash program to make the game, or a substitute like gamemaker?

I'm looking for someone to actually MAKE it, if that makes sense.   I guess it'd be a coder, someone who actually makes the game a game, takes the concept art and makes it into a game.   Do you get that?

Just one question: Can you PM me the link to Kongregate when it is finished? I would love to play it.

I'm learning Flash, and I want to help. It would go to college funds.

Only ONE requirement.

We split it 50-50.

You deserve it. It makes no sense, when you are doing all this work, and you get less than the other person. Really, you should get more. Maybe 40-60, and you get the 60. You choose.

If it's better than Wonderputt, I shall share it to everyone I can think of.

Well, I'd like it if you helped, but I do want the Flash person to get 60%, because they're not getting paid in the first place.   And plus, you need it for college money, and trust me, ad revenue on Kongregate is really practically nothing.   And trust me, writing a ten minute plot and making the art really isn't enough to warrant taking an equal amount or more.

EDIT: I've requested that this topic be locked, because we've hopefully found a perfect gamemaker in Shinabi.   News and day-by-day dev details can be found on my website.
