Requests for a new way to get a warning
Like how about this,
*Get 3 locked topics in a row. If asked, doesn't count
If you like I can request some more.

Because locked topics aren't necessarily spam. Some topics start out good then lead to flame wars that don't even involve the Original Poster.
And sometimes locked topics are just duplicate topics that were accidentally made.
Just because a post is locked doesn't mean the user should get banned unless it's like constant spam posts which then it would be deleted, not locked.

Good idea, but it needs ALOT more thinking than that, some people asks for their topics to get locked.
