I keep getting freaked out by the new updates. Like the spider eye. When I killed a spider it dropped a purple thing and I had no idea what it was.
And the noises. Gah, when you defeat an Endermen it sounds like you just took down a colossal beast.

I remember someone making a redstone clock, then leading it to a crapload of door and they all opened at once, then closed, and it sounded like a gunfight. Try that to him, using iron doors

Speaking of the new noises, I think I like the previous hurt sounds better.
Now, it sounds like cracking bones. When I get shot with an arrow, humped by an Endermen or drowned in water, nowhere in my Steve body do bones crack. I've checked.
Fall damage; completely appropriate aside from the fact you can heal bones in ~30 seconds.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.
