My family isn't religious, but we give gifts on Christmas anyway. Partially because the rest of our family does, partially because it's just something to do, partially because the message of giving is good. That being said, I want:

iPhone 4S
Saints Row: The Third
Call of Duty: MW3 (I'm really good at COD, even though I don't own a copy [I play at other people's houses])
Clothes
Some shoes (size 12)
Gloves
A wool hat
This sexy Snapback hat
A black and red G-Shock (watch)

It's called Christmas, not The Day of Hedonism.

Failgirl101 or dazz, if you wish to discuss hedonistic behavior and world hunger, please do so on another thread. This thread's sole purpose is for the sharing of Christmas lists, and nothing more. Please don't make me repeat myself on that.

So a Christmas List has to be made up of material possessions? Maybe my Christmas Wish is to get people to like me more. Maybe my Christmas wish is to make others happy. Can't that count as a gift to?

I'm not trying to say anything except that a Christmas List can be whatever you want it to be, Whether is be material possessions, or personal goals.

We have the right to opinate on this forum, we are not robots we are humans with feelings with different ideas or styles of life, just beacuse I said what I think about Christmas and wishing for more or less or nothing imo is still legit, that's my list, something for all, a better world, this is not just "a life lesson". If you make this kind of threads and report everyone or insult everyone for saying their opinion or another point of view, better don't make them.
I didn't put words in your mouth, I was giving an example. If you want someone to answer your threads without the freedom to add a piece of them or adding something more than a silly list you should specify then in your original post, not insulting them for making a point, thinking and expressing themselves.

One more thing, if you have something personal with me, be kind and let me know in a polite manner and I will try my best to avoid you in the future. I prefer to know your honest opinion about me than insulting me and treating me like the last idiot on earth, not to mention judging me without any rights. I bet that you wouldn't have replied the same way to someone like Bee or Rpg... so... let me know what's your problem and why you take this so personal since Im not the only person that added more than a list to your thread.

I'd ask for Beats headphones, but my mom said I'll have to wait until she goes to the US next year (They're VERY expensive here).
But no one in the family is gonna get gifts this year, instead we'll buy a 3D TV for our home.
And maybe I'll get my mom's old broken iPhone 3G that she's finally gonna fix.
I'll probably ask for some money from the other people in my family so I can buy a 3DS next year when they release RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D.

Holy crap guys, let's not get into a big argument about Christmas.
It went from a religious holiday where you give gifts and get gifts you may or may not like, to a commercial holiday where you make a list so you have a chance of getting something you'd actually use.
I don't even believe in god, but Christmas is my second favorite holiday because I actually get new things to tinker with. The rest of the year, the only thing I get is candy and lunch money with very few exceptions. I have nothing to spend on material objects that would make me a bit happier, like for example, I would be extremely happy if I got the music on my christmas list because I was probably the saddest I'd been in a while when I realized her music was taken off of youtube and I couldn't listen to it any more.
My cousins would get tons of stuff, like wiis and clothes and laptops and DSis and a bunch of other stuff. And they still wanted more, whereas I don't have a wii or a laptop and I spent my christmas money on a DSi, three years after they got them.
So just because you want some things to increase your happiness doesn't mean you're greedy.

Beats are very expensive in the US too. A ton of my friends have them, and I have no clue why. They seem ordinary to me. When I asked them how much they cost, they said $300.
