Help me stay focused!

I   work on a computer, and no sites are blocked on the computer I use. every 5 seconds after I have closed out my game, telling myself to focus, I find myself pressing the following keys;

Ctrl+T+F4(in IE)+E+V+E+R+Y+B+O+D+Y+E+D+I+T+S+.+C+O+M

and I am playing a level from the lobby. then I close out my game, and tell myself to focus. Help me get out of this endless loop!

First mistake: You use IE...

Do you have malware running maybe which breaks focus of the game maybe?

Really? that's not what I meant... and I usualy use Chrome

He means losing focus in his head, not losing focus on Flash player.

place stickers with letters all over the keys that say:

What website do you go to?
Example:
On the letters of example you do this:
Replace the X with V
Replace the A with E
Replace the M with R
Replace the P with Y
Replace the L with B

And then you'll find you typed in "Example"
Get it?
Either that, or open up a level full of hook jumps and don't stop until you say "GOD!!!! I HATE THIS GAME!!!!!!"

Hm, well, you could download Leechblock which helped me a lot when I would constantly visit the forums, or solia, or TVTropes, or Deviantart instead of writing. It worked pretty well, although I couldn't block youtube because then I would have no epic classical/metal/EA music.

Only for Chrome, eh? That could be leverage for my mom to download google chrome on the computer I work on (my one with google chrome crashed)
