To others in England- Is it really windy where you are?

Right now I'm in bed with my iPad, I can't sleep because the wind is (1) moving the window in its frame (2) knocking a tree into the window and wall.

It is really fearce what is it like where you are?

EDIT: 50KM/H Wind!

I've gotten 80 MPH in the USA before. Which I'd say is roughly 125 KM/H. Although I am pretty terrible at converting.

(That was an annoying night)

Walked to school today with rain moving at 50KM/H, It stung. It has calmed down now though.

50 KM/H? that´s lame. One day we had a storm... 100 KM/H!!! luckily I wasn´t outside then...

BUT ONE DAY... I had to go to school in the afternoon, my father took me with his car. But we had to go 10-20 metres to the car because it was parked outside. It was raining like in horror films (yeah that makes no sense ). It was also hailing. And the wind was horrible because it blew all the rain and the ice on me... the most terrible part was that I had an umbrella and still got wet like after a bath...

That was in Austria, Vienna (the city with the highest life quality in the world 1xp1 1xp1 1xp1).
Well, that was the most terrible storm I ever saw (in reality, not in films)
