Why do you attack me when I walk upstairs?

That reminds me a lot of a poem to a ghost I once heard. Coincidentally, the writer of the poem's last name is Autumn.

When my cat sees my dog coming up the stairs, she quick hides behind the couch. When he turns the corner - POUNCE! She tackles him.

My cat, when she sees that we are doing something, will sit on it. Typing on the computer? Sit on the tower. Grading tests (mom) sit on the stack of ungraded tests. Typing on a laptop? Sit on your lap. Making pies? Get kicked off the table. Watching TV? Sit in front of it. Open door? RUN RUN RUN OMG THE DOOR IS OPEN! I ESCAPED! YES! even though we let her out every single day.
