Starting a new group in Minecraft

So I'm starting a group (clan, I suppose) in Minecraft and I'd like to have some members before I actually open it up for recruiting on MCforums. It makes it seem more professional, I guess, or like I'm not just begging for membership. So, if you'd like to join, go to the Minecraftforum thread and read on there.

I'd also like someone to suggest changes to the above. Edits, etc. Anything to make it look better.
I need a co-leader! Convince me that you should be TFco's co-leader.

So what do you do exactly?

Clan stuff, I guess. More for the purpose of organization than for building or anything. I like leading stuff, I think, and that's why I'm doing this.

Only as big as people are willing to make it.

Well, the name will be TFco. That's decided upon and there's little changing that (the 'little' being for the fact that it may change to "Tri-Fighters"). We may or may not have a server depending on how willing I am to devote my computer to a compound MC running/hosting machine (I'll have to use it for my client and the server at the same time). We'll build and such, but I'm thinking the main thing will just be playing servers together, having clan wars, and such (mainly because my building skills blow).

So assuming that our name is TFco(Tri-Fighters Company I'm guessing) don't we need a stadium in our server if you were dedicated into making one? What will be in this Server? Can we have a stadium in the Nether!?
Will I lose a Calorie (1000 calories) or a calorie?

Assuming I get into server hosting (because I'm sure as hell not paying for one), it can have whatever's necessary/we want, including an arena.

And especially spleef.

We don't have a server, so Imma go ahead and say 0.0.0.0:00000

I may start hosting, though

Having four members plus myself, the group is officially started, as soon as I can get a MCforum post up (tomorrow). Our base of operations will have to be the biomecraft server (server.biomecraft.com) until (and if) I get a server running on my own, which just seems kind of pointless. Perhaps we can move over to Kingdom of Aeriscael if Tako lets us

Hmm, an opportunity to seize power on one tiny part of the universe... I'd rather be president of the united states first. Aim big, you know? And then I'll conquer the universe.

Think of it as a Moderator Boss, you help everyone including the leader and banish the people who deserve banishing.

I dunno if I could be co-leader...I might have the leadership skills, but I'm not completely sure, I had practice being a co-leader of the 32 crew (and still is) so I might be eligible.

Ok, overnight I changed my mind, I now want to be a lord because ZoZo and A3 don't think they're up for it so I can see I'm not theonly one in this situation.

I want to be Co-leader/Lord because I'm usually active and I enjoy Minecraft. I can build fairly good structures and I also know a bit about redstone. I watch youtube videos about MC regularly. Usually ones that expand my Minecraft knowledge like redstone creations or how to build useful machines like mob spawners. I am fairly nice and I'm willing to help someone in the group if necessary.

I'm not exactly looking for building qualities in a co-leader, I'm looking for maturity and leadership (e.g. not going LOL IM MORE POWERFUL THAN U I TROL U LOL)
