Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I recently started playing the series and I can't stop. It started with The Minish Cap, which I got as a 3DS Ambassador game. I only had played the 2D ones for some reason. I got the 3D remake of OoT and I can't put it down.
Anyone else love the series?
TLoZ is awesome! Yesterday me and some other guys were trying to find links bettween the games. We found that the most likely timeline would be.
SS - TP - OoT - MC - MM
WW - PH/ST - LA
two differn't timelines of links adventures.
I love TLoZ! It's an amazing series and extremely addictive.
Patience is key you're missing a couple of the games.
Here's the ones that have come out that I know of:
The Legend of Zelda
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Oracle of Seasons
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past/ Four Swords
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventure
The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
I think that's most of them, other than bundle packs and anniversary editions. Very fun series though.
There's an Official Time line I'll post for you
You'll be confuzzled as hell though.

Zelda is my favourite character from a game ever. Saving the princess in another castle, stabbing bad guys, talking to Tinkerbell, he's such a cool guy.

I really can't tell if you're serious, got hit on the head, or are trolling.
nothingishere, I know I have missed a few games, but we haven't finished all the story yet, we are trying to find more clues.
and prune, the timeline you posted is accurate but cannot be 100% correct. Proof? In skyward sword the temple of time place is as it was build. Then in twilight princess it's back but ruined, luckly though theres a door that can send you back 1000 years when it is completed again. And in Oricina of Time its there again, but not much at all. Only a few sparks that the races use to there advantage. So OoT and TP are in the wrong order, unless if I'm mistaken.
It's 100% correct, why did you think Nintendo released it? Don't you think they can make a timeline that is 100% accurate? They are after all the creators of the game, they decide the timeline.
And the sealed temple or as you wrongly call it, ''the temple of time'' is not the same temple that can be found in Ocarina of time. But it is implied that the temple of time in Oot was built on the same location, and the castletown was built above the sealed grounds where Demise was trapped.
But then how come that the Sealed temple in Skyward Sword was in the middle of the woods, and then in Ocarina of Time it was in the middle of castletown and no forest even remotely close to it. Then in Twillight Princess it's once more back in the forest.
It could be that there are three temple of times, the original located in Lanayru desert. The one that was built over the ruins of the sealed temple and the one built in Castletown. Each with no special connection to eachother.
But if you look at the different maps from the three games, SS, Oot and TP respectively and look at the location of the temple of time and check the other landmarks you can get to the conclusion that it's the same in all three games. Just that after Ocarina of time Castletown was abandoned in the Child era making it easy for a forest to grow there once more. Leading to it's location in Twillight princess.
So easily said you are mistaken, and what you said didn't make any sense, not a single freaking part of it. Though all that I have written above here doesn't prove a thing about the timeline, just the location of the temple of time to some degree and that it is a quite high chance that it's the same temple in all three games.
And this post is poorly composed, I apologize for that. But I am in a hurry and I haven't slept for soon two days.

Ocarina is in the correct place. alright time for MORE SPOILERS!!!!1!
In TP (This has actually been confirmed recently) When you go to the one place to learn sword play with the stalfos, if you look closely the first time you see him he has the triforce of courage on his hand. Which means He's the original Link from OoT, and due to you having the triforce on your hand. TP link is the Blood descendant of OoT Link.
And OoT is where the time line splits off,
In the Adult era, he becomes old and becomes a legend to the Hyrulian people, which is shown in WW. Causing that timeline.
In the Child era He goes to Termina and that's MM. There however is a missing link in between TP and MM, But they are making Two more Zelda Games Like Ages/Seasons on the 3DS according to recent rumors and sources.
so therefore switching TP and OoT would break the entire timeline, causing all the other games to never happen.
God I feel like such a nerd for knowing this ;_;
You got a thing wrong there in the adult timeline after Link defeated Gannon he is sent back to the child timeline. So in the adult timeline he doesn't grow old as he simply doesn't exist in that timeline anymore.
ah thank you for that point sed
Oh and I just aquired more information about the Temple of time thingy, all that I said has not much truth to it. Because the mapthingy I mentioned would only be possible if Hyrule follows a silly geographic pattern.
So that leads me back to the thing about there being three temples of time. This is something I need to find out, I'm going to make this my researchproject.
