Need help with internet connection

I know this isn't the best place to post this, but I don't know what to do O_O. My connection keeps spiking and googling didn't exactly help
So please computer savvy dudes help me

Image of my connection. I used networx to measure my usage and stuff.

EDIT: I tested my ping with pingtest.net but the results spike also O_O I'm using the same server.

EDIT2: I was actually downloading something and I was looking for a solution to keep my connection stable so it doesn't take forever

I'd be happy that the download reconnects after it drops, mine doesn't.

As far as I know this is your ISP's issue mostly.
