Noobs on my forum

I got this forum, and it has over 40 registered users, but nobody ever posts. What can I do?

A raid I suppose, not typical ones tho, just someone spamming your forum. Nothing to do except to delete them.

Find ways to get Traffic. You can't just make a generic forum and expect people to join and post. You have to GIVE them a reason to join and partake in the community. Offer something up to them, something that only you can provide, or even start Discussions on your own that are relatively interesting. What is your forum about and what do you want your community to discuss about?

Look at the this forum, or even the fail forums. There's something to post about, so people post. If they don't, give them something to post about.

Well, this forum always has EE to talk about, and over at the fail forums, the big discussion is a fail game we're making. We've got people writing stories, making sprites, and I'm putting them all together to make:

FAILÉMON! Or Pokéfail. Haven't settled on a title yet...

Yeah. That forum doesn't really look interesting to me :[

It's basically just things that I've seen on many many many other forums. A general place ("Random"), forum games, and "announcementa". It lacks something that attracts me, no real discussions. It doesn't look like you put much effort in the posts either (such as your guide to BBCode. It looks copied/pasted).

btw, I'd say those users are bots, based on their names :O
