Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Death

Morbid, I know.

Re: Death

Don't bother me really. No one gets out this world alive, and we are all going to die at some point in our life. I just hope I don't die too young. But I'm not scared of it, it's got to come sometime in my life, so why spend my life worrying about it?

Re: Death

I think that we are already dead. We are all in hell. Because Justin Bieber is still alive. However, I also believe there is a way to escape this one in many hell's (yes, II believe there ismore than one, with different people and things and such). If you are good you go to heaven, if your bad you come back as somebody else to try the test again. Pergetary is also different. Pergetary, I believe, is what we think this world is but it's better than hell, not as good as heaven though.
Make sense?

Re: Death

I find death to be the greatest mystery in the world.
I think death should motive those who have the ability to live to go out and explore the world, because dying into a dark realm of eternal sleep without knowing many of the mysteries of this universe is a sad thing.

Re: Death

To be fair, I am scared of death. Not that I'm afraid of people killing me in the middle of the street, just I get this ridiculous thought: "What is the point of living? What is the point of having fun when we will die and forget everything? Why making something rememberable when people who hear it will die?"

It's making me depressed. Please do not answer these questions. I know they're stupid and many answers possible, but it's impossible to get me reassured. It's hard for me.

Re: Death

I think (if it were possible) for someone after they die tell us what's it like from their spirit using plenty of signs.

We get wiped off the memory of the Simulation and presumably are gone. Unless the Programmer made a heaven or has regular backups of the Simulation.

I believe in reincarnation.

We are all spirits trapped in human bodies and only when we have used up all the energy, can we live within another animal.

Re: Death

I don't know why people try to imagine death. You won't be alive to understand what it is like.

Egoistical to believe your 'soul' is too important to die along with your body.

I try to imagine what it would be like to be dead, but I can't you have no actions no thoughts you just don't exist anymore. Just thinking about it makes me feel weird. You're dead you are not connected to anything anymore. Try to imagine you're not on earth, everything your doing now you won't be doing when you are gone.

I believe when you die you just rot away in the ground or your just ash someone where in the world.

I've been learning about. It affects the deepest site of my heart when I think about it.
So about that, you might as well change the spirit from body-to-body, but the memory is still in the original body you were inside. It's still inside your brain. So I don't get how people can prove that the reincarnation is true, but afterlife might be true. Your memory gets erased and you start a life as a whole nother body. Maybe some kind of an animal, maybe on another planet far far away. I think it's luck we're even here on Earth.

I don't believe in all that heaven/hell crap. When you die, you die. Nothing magical happens. Giant pink flying ponies don't take you away to live in a rainbow for eternity. You die. It's like sleeping. You don't know what happens while you're sleeping, do you? You just dream. I think death is probably like sleeping forever. You dream.

EDIT: Wow, that sounded.. deep.

I Believe the exact same thing happens, except for dreaming cause you're dead and your brain is dead so you can't have thoughts.

THISTHISTHIS. I just feel that everything happens for a reason, and death has a reason too.

I'm not scared, although I've had my fair share of close calls, I'm still not worried. There's no point in worrying. That will just make your short time with the gift of life on Earth miserable and crappy.

The point of living is to enjoy your time on Earth, fulfill your destinies if you can, and just learn that life is a precious gift, not something you should just throw away by worries or suicide. I know you don't want anyone to answer those questions, but I'm just trying to help out. Stop being depressed, trust me, it's just not worth it. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/smile

This is something I think about, a lot, and even question the hell out of. Sometimes I feel this happens to people once they die. It just seems so odd that they would not really know who they were. For example, I might be a soul from someone who died long ago, memory wiped and all, I just don't know for sure. It's a really confusing thing that I'm trying to figure out, even though it seems impossible.

It was deep. It takes alot of thought to come up with that, and although that's not what I believe in, I respect your opinion, good job. Although, if you do just do nothing once you're dead, then what happens to your soul, your life and everything within you? Do you think it just dissolves into mid-air and floats around? Think about it.

K. I think I'm done here...

I want to die at the peak of Mount Everest, fighting off the Mafia, with Barney and the Statue of Liberty backing me up, then I get shot in both my eyes, then I roll down, making one of those humongous snowballs that keeps growing and eventually flattens a small Tibetan village.

Re: Death

Well, there is a lot of thoughts that [So and So] happens when you die, though, this is merely your imagination in the process.

Take it as this, if you were a caveman, and you were trying to explain nuclear reactions without any research, you would come up with the idea that it is magic, or some sort of that.

I believe as a sane person (who people refer to that intelligent ignominious guy) that when you are dead, you feel nothing, you are no longer breathing, you have loss of touch because blood isn't flowing.

You eventually just don't work anymore. It's basically like turning off your computer. It's off, it's not gonna turn back on without pressing that magical button, except we don't have the magical button at the moment.

Prepare to be mind-blown.

a theory of mine is that we are not actually living as we think we are, but only dreaming. When we wake up we'll be a baby, live that life, repeat until infinite amount of lives. Mind= explosion

Re: Death

Funny idea of an afterlife (that I don't believe). You go to this giant city, like larger than America. You're then there at whichever age you choose, until you're forgotten. You vanish as soon as your name is said/thought/written for the last time ever. Then you either are gone for good, or go to a second afterlife.

Jesus: "Stop praying to me! I've been here almost 2000 years! I just want to die already, but you won't let me!"

Also, here's the saddest death ever:

I don't think any baby has the mental capacity to have an infinite number of dreams.

Unless, of course, they are alien babies. Dreaming of aliens. For infinity.

...k.

Re: Death

i actually had an interesting thought the other day... perhaps when we die, our spirit/soul/energy/whateverstuff continues to live, but not in the same body. I suppose we'll all find out when our time comes. *shrug*

of course, it is rather pointless to wonder in that sort of situation. i would much prefer to just not get myself sucked up in it.

Re: Death

I also think when we die we will be born again as a baby and live life over and over and over. But you won't remember it.
All of us could have lived tonnes of lives already as different people in different countries all over the world and have died a lot of times.
