IRL, I'm an introvert, but on the interwebz, I'm an extrovert, probably because I found it to be my comfort zone. Well online friends are nice to have, good thing you posted on the forums where your friends are so we can help.

Advice I have: Be yourself, I always be myself, and bullies find me too weird to pick on, so they don't mess with me, maybe you'll even have people that wanna be like you!
You could learn martial arts, if you plan to defend yourself, me personally is a pacifist so I don't like violence, but I know a little bit of martial arts just in-case.

That's all I can think of.
