Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

How do you know what key a song is in just by listening to it?
I like to listen to music and music is my most favorite musical instrument, because it gives me in my work and learning levels. It also enabled me to refresh and relax the mind. Although I do my job I always listen to instrumental music.
Get lucky and be born with Perfect Pitch.
I'm serious, there is no other way.
Some people are born with this ability to hear a lawnmower go by and say, "Oh, that's a b-flat."
It's basically the opposite of being tone-deaf.
I have no idea, I listen to dubstep...
I think this quote explains dubstep and its audience in a nutshell. Thanks for sharing this!
OT: Either find sheet music or write some by ear.

But dubstep does have high-pitched bass and low-pitched bass (and I think too low can kill) I just can't tell precisely whether it's a C, D, or C-sharp, bass sounds like bass, but I can tell there is a difference.
I'm in love with a dragon <3

Not exactly, you can learn it. It just take hours and hours of work in music schools : Musical dictations, singing, playing your intstrument can give you this ability, mostly because you'll heard the chords sound a lot of time and it'll become natural. And you'll even be able to analyze music from listening, understand and explain how the tonality/keys change and everything.
It's quite easy to spot what chords are minor, what chords are major, etc, it just require practice. And there's always some logic. For example, if the song is in A, you can be 99% sure that any E chord will be minor in this tonality.
Also, a lot of pop-rock songs use alway the same chords patern so it's easy to guess or even feel what chords are used and what is the key of the song.
