Looking For a Good Game Programmer(Flash)

Welcome, I'm looking for a good programmer for a game I would like to create, I will supply graphics, and any profit made will be split 50-50 or 75-25(in your favour if you want). You must be trustworthy, active(Not 12 hours a day type active, just enough to maybe get a bit of coding done.) and you WILL be an admin as part of this. The game will NOT be 3D. If you are interested you must read this first:

The set programmer will need to be able to do this:

-Damage(Hp, gun damage)
-Have an online server
-Provide updates throughout the game's time
-A payment method for players to buy a premium addition/currency(but can be earned in-game), this will be part of our profit and used to run our game's server(s) or website.
-Different gun/melee weapon damage
-Collision on blocks
-A well built render engine(?)
-Background and foreground attributes
-A command system for both mods/admins
-A way for admins to add mods/admins
-Block damage(Well not really, but it would be nice if you could )
-Custom map creator
-Shop
-Usernames and accounts, guest option too
-Achievements
-Killstreaks
-Daily prizes
-More as I come up with more

I know this may sound needy or alot expected of you, but half of those don't even need to be in the game until later on. If you would like to help PM me, I'll give you more info on this game. I currently don't have many graphics set up yet so it will be a week after today approximately until you will actually start coding. If you can, show me some of your work, it will help your chances!

Not absolutely, I was kinda just recommending it. I'm guessing you code in a different language, correct? If you do, that would be fine, as long as I would be able to upload the game to some sites.

Lol thanks for pointing that out. I'll post my next set of graphics in a second. And the only way this game can be truly promising is if I can get a programmer, perhaps you know of one?

So you had better luck finding one here than the Kongregate Collab forums that was willing to work with you? Strange.

Anyways, I don't know how to make flash games. I'd be happy to make songs if you wanted that too maybe...?

I should have it almost done by April and I'll see what you think about it by then.

(It's in C++, not flash. It will work on PC and Wii. It will NOT be embeddable in to browsers)

That's cool. Maybe I'll try it. Although, I would like a game that I would be able to be embedded into browsers, seeing how not everyone will be willing to download a 2d game.

If your game is a download I might play it, seeing as I hate to download things with my limited computer space. 3:

Eh too bad I code in C#, Making a game simlar too minecraft/terraria with some new and original concepts added.

I dunno about any flash programmers though :/

Not sure what help I could be other than coding techniques and such. I could consider making this in XNA (C#), Just shhot me a pm if you want, and ill give you a link to my games forums, since i go on them more often.
