^That is the only legit picture of a diseased orange tongue that I can find. If it looks like that you may be developing hairy tongue disease. No, I am not making that up. ^If it looks like that you ate sherbert.
^ And if it looks like that, you have a tree fungus coming out of your mouth.
EDIT: Sigh... still waiting to see if he as a tree fungus in his mouth...
