GTA San Andreas Downgrade?!?

HELP ME!!!
I have a problem. I want to use SA-MP. But I need Version EU/US 1.00 (I have EU -> German 2.00). The problem is I can't use the downgrade patches... Another problem is: in-game it says I have 2.00. In the readme file it says v1.00...
??!!??

What should I do? (and please don't give me patches that were zipped with winzip, I don't want to download another program...)

He wants to use   a mod to some game to give him multiplayer or something? http://www.sa-mp.com/

and I guess it doesn't work on the newer versions of the game, so he wants to downgrade his version, but not download another game or something?

idk anything about the game/pc game mods, etc so I can't help

if there's forums for that game somewhere it'd probably be better to ask there.

Download MTA, its much better than SA-MP, and you dont need to downgrade.
