Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Is there to make running new-gen games faster?
I have an NVIDIA 6150SE (probably prehistory for most of the rich dudes here) and it freaking sucks when I'm running TF2.

It's Windows XP Professional...

Go to Start>Control Panel>Connect to the internet and follow the steps there.

2 options.
1. Overclock your computer. Please let a professional do it, because if you do it wrong, your whole computer will be f*cked up.
2. Get a better computer.

Letting someone else do it is even more expensive, just buy a new PC if you can't do it yourself (or learn how to, but it can go wrong //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue)

All temperatures are normal.   Fans are functioning as expected.   If you want specifics at the time of crashing,

GPU:    81*C Core0:  42*C Core1:  41*C Core2:  38*C Core3:  42*C Fan1:  ~1k RPM Fan2:  ~1k RPM

Your screen is messed up. Try the buttons on the outside of the screen to setup your contrast.

This happened to me too and the fist thing I noticed, like your problem, was that my computer was too hot. First of all, I checked to see if there were any Windows updates and installed them. Next I set my power setting to battery saver, I'm on a laptop. Finally I installed SpeedFan and checked the "Atuo Fan Speed" box. No crashes so far. If it is anything to compare to, these are about my average stats;

Yes, I realize there is fire next to my temperatures but upon reading SpeedFan's help guide, you have to set up your "default" temperature. It's fine how it is, in my opinion, so I won't go messing with something that isn't broken.

Bring it to a computer store. They can detect what is broken, or happening. I cant help you now.

While that is a good idea I suggest running SpeedFan for a week and monitoring it.

@Chewy / Gamer

  Aww, don't worry about it, some of my RAM died which caused the original BSOD'ing I was having.   Upon figuring out which pair of sticks had died, I left the other two in but had them in slots 3 & 4.   Apparently, that's bad.   RAM for my motherboard should be in 1 & 2, or preferably 1 & 3.   I think it was that and/or my graphics card, as I put in an old one of mine when I switched my RAM around to see what'd happen, and haven't had problems for a week since.

  As for the temperatures, I think they're all within tolerance for my hardware and haven't increased any since months ago, when my PC was fine.   Just to specify, I was midway through a game of Starcraft 2 when those temperatures were measured, hence them being higher than at rest.

On the bar when you choose the color though, it shows up red. so that cant be it.

If there was a problem with the colour-settings on the screen, the colour would probably be messed up everywhere, which they apparently are not.
