Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Some of the schools in Asia regulate appearances of pupils. Most limits are:
No black socks (My comment: Why will this matter?)
Short hair (My comment: Just...a total flip.)
Brushed teeth (My comment: Makes sense)
No tatoos (My comment: Dunno)
Give your opinion on this. Personally, having everyone look the same is dull and around the age these children are at, they need to be given their own way.
Go.
There was a few main reasons given for uniforms when I was at school. The first was that it reflected well upon the school to have its pupils looking 'smart'. The second was to avoid an element of bullying for the students that would either choose to wear 'strange' clothes, or the students that couldn't afford to buy the latest trends.
I would counter the first by telling people to judge the ability of the school to teach, rather than to enforce an arbitrary dress code. And the second by telling the teachers to not only teach that bullying is wrong, but also to punish and stop those who do it.
I suspect the real reason is conformity. It's just another element of control in the factory. Those better able to express themselves are the free thinkers most likely to go against the grain and question authority.
1. No black socks
2. Short hair
3. Brushed teeth
4. No tattoos
1. To match your shoes/belt. Not bothered by it.
2. To look cleaned up and nice. Not bothered by it.
3. See 2.
4. See 2.
This is needed to prevent bullying, and to prevent poor parents from buying new clothes for every stupid new trend.
Well the brushing teeth rule is weird, I mean how are they supposed to check? Are teachers required to sniff a student's teeth everyday or something? *Not implying that I don't like brushing my teeth*

It makes for good inappropriate content.
Don't you mean 'most'? I'm pretty sure the majority of asian schools have uniforms.
I think black socks is just for uniformity, so like if you look at a picture, you'll notice black socks immediately.
The short hair is again, uniformity. Everyone's gotta look similar so as to not be outcasted.
I wish people had to brush their teeth here.
As for tattoos, it's probably frowned upon on society, idk.
There's a lot of pressure to do what would be considered over the top outstanding and amazing here but is normal over there, or else you're going to be a failure in life and be worthless etc etc. Outstanding pressure.
So it's just to look their best and look smart, to make their country's education system shine.
Personally, I'm incredibly neutral on this issue and could easily argue either way.

If I went to school there, I would where black socks, grow my hair longer than Rapunzel, drink mountain dew all day, and cover my body in permanent tattoos. Aw yeah.
Hm, black socks. I can change that to grey.
Short hair, I'm not in favor of this. I find long hair my kind of style. lots of girls have short hair though.
Brushed teeth. I can handle this, though I don't have the best teeth there is.
No tattoos, that's idiotic in a sense of choice, personality and freedom. Obviously that is what they are trying to prevent, though.
I disagree on the idea of having everyone's personalities' the same, it isn't fair to others.

1. No Black socks...well...i don't really wear black socks...IDK why...i just don't...I'm okay with this rule.
2. Short hair...maybe they want them to have short hair so they can concentrate more without their hair getting in the way.
3. Brushed teeth, I'm am A okay with this rule.
4. No Tattoos, maybe it can be a gang or inappropriate symbol.
