Thats true, just go on the link above and register in this site, make some free tasks, as surveys or download and install, and when you reach 2000 points (not so much, because there are some offers that you get like 1000 at once) and then trade it for an original minecraft account OR 15$ to spend at steam or amazon.

You shouldn't be getting it free if Notch decided to put a price on Minecraft. Unless it was some sort of bid, but either way you shouldn't be getting it free. It is also considered Stealing the game if you're getting it for free, and as far as I'm concerned, doing that is illegal.

EDIT: Just checked out the site. Don't use it, there is much malware on it. Once more, DON'T GO TO THAT SITE! MALWARE!

It's not a rewards program because the makers of minecraft didn't give it to people. It is illegal.

What was said previously was that it's a website that pays for the game for you so you don't have to pay for it.
So, it's giving Notch money, while you don't have to pay for it.
In some cases though, getting it without paying can be illegal, such as pirating the game. And by the way, just by putting on the internet that you pirated a game, and if the police care enough to even know about this forum, then you can very easily get arrested.

And, just because it's not illegal to use a website that pays for it for you, it doesn't mean it's okay. Technically, even though they're offering to pay for it, you're not. It's unfair, especially if so many people bought it.

In addition, if Malware was detected, it means that the website is not safe. Even if the virus protector is just acting up, whatever it's detecting can still be a bad sign. I hope this site doesn't require a whole lot of information, because then you can possibly be in grave danger of having all of your money stolen.

In theory, a police officer could arrest you whenever. If people are able to disobey the law, officers also can. They could sometimes go too far and arrest you whether there's even proof or not. If an officer disobeys the law that they can't arrest someone just like that, the worst that can happen to them is they'll lose their job. Point being, I'd suggest not saying, at least on a popular website, that you pirated a game.
