What girl with a boyfriend asks another guy for their number(phone number). What do you think ?

I personally find nothing to be wrong with it. Same with talking to someone of the opposite sex.
As long as she wasn't flirting with him and he respects that she isn't single and won't do anything to try to break them up it's perfectly fine that they swap numbers to JUST talk.

Except that asking someone for a phone number mostly is a sign of flirting, whether it's consciously or subconsciously. A different situation would be that she needs the phone number to communicate about a school project or something.

If they keep begging, they are a little bit of a naughty person. If they ask once and the boy says "no", and the girl says "that's fine" then the girl probably wants to be the boy's friend
