No The Crawling Chaos is Nyarlathothep. One of the outer gods in The Cthulhu Mythos who also is classified as one of the deities of Air. He is The Crawling Chaos and is is the only outer god that isn't sleeping or is sealed somewhere. He walks this earth as a humanoid amassing followers slowly and expanding his goals through propaganda etc. His aim is not death like most of the other gods, instead it is cruelty and despair he is after. The way he does it, spreading his chaos slowly and patient is what gained him the nickname, The Crawling Chaos.
