What're you taking for fall semester?

Mostly for college students, but anyone at school that's divided into classes is fine

So yeah! Fall semester starts in two weeks for me, and it'll start for most people by the end of the month!
So for those registered already, what are you taking? And for those not yet registered, what are you planning on taking?

Personally, I'm taking sign language 1 and 2(1 is first 8 weeks and 2 is second 8 weeks, so it's like one class that lasts the whole semester) as well as a sociology class titled "sex and gender" as well as a psychology class entitled "human sexuality"

yeah I know it's almost like taking two classes instead of four, but whatever, they all transfer so I'm good

I'm going to high school

Honors English
AP Human Geo
Calc 2
Honors Chem (would be ap bio but stupid scheduling issues arose)
French 2
Varsity Band
Maybe AP Micro (sadly forgot which semester I'm taking micro - I know I'm taking ap macro next)
Independently studying AP Physics

I can't even fathom what my sophomore schedule will look like next year...

I honestly don't understand the point of taking AP classes, at least at my school. There are 0 benefits of taking the class, and it's harder than regular class.

I am really excited to finish high school though, I'm planning on studying music and becoming a recording engineer or something of the sort.

I honestly don't understand the point of taking AP classes, at least at my school. There are 0 benefits of taking the class, and it's harder than regular class.

ap classes prepare you for the ap test, which give college credit
yeah i was/am in th same boat, though I'm thinking of putting audio engineering on the back burner for a major that'l to me better in getting a job, if the current market allowed for it though I'd definitely major in audio engineering

Here where I live, the names of the subjects are way easier O.o
We get NCEA here.

Next Year I am thinking of taking:
1. English
2. Business Studies
3. Maths
4. Multi-Materials

Need to think of 2 more subjects :/
Thinking of also taking either:
1. Automotive Engineering (Unit standard which means I might not take but I want to :/)
2. Economics
3. Physics
4. Anything else...

Just can't think of 2 more subjects, don't really want to take anything.

At this point, I have no idea. Just trying to finish the last of my credits. I got English 4 somewhere in there.

Lol all of your schedules have just made me realize how boring my high school is. You take social studies, english, bio, chem, physics, math, french, and then theres ap versions of all of those.

And also, ap at my school doesn't give you college credit. In grade 10 and 11, it's 100% pointless. In grade 12, universities will see that you were in ap classes when they look at your marks, but thats it.

I know this because I was looking into going into all ap, but when I talked to the counsellor to choose classes, I got all this information, and I was like, "I'm not going to spend hundreds of extra hours doing extra work if it's not going to mean anything for my future" so I opted out.

Besides audio engineering, I've also been interested in the stuff you do in New Media classes, such as 3D modelling, video and film making, and just graphical art in general with tools like photoshop etc. The only problem with that is that I'm not very good at any of it haha. I lack the creativity for 3D modelling and art, but film making is still an option.

It's 2 in the morning and I just realized I've been rambling, I'm not even going to spend the time to look over everything I just wrote, some of it may just make no sense at all, and there may be some loose ends haha. And look at that I'm still rambling.

Geometry(I'm going to 8th grade, and most people take algebra so I'm going pretty good)

That's not even the decision of your school, That depends on the college you go to, it has nothing to do with whether your school gives it.
