Pokemon Black/White 2

See that, forums? That's a two. Following Pokemon Black/White.
You know what that means?
It means a sequel.
You know what that means? It means Nintendo is breaking the all-mighty pattern.

And I find that I'm perfectly okay with that.

I have 4 reputable game sites, and 3 pokemon sites, with 2 official.

So this is pretty legit. There'll be a Pokemon Black 2 and a Pokemon White 2. New story, I suppose.

So, what do you guys think?
Personally, I think Kyurem's formes look really stupid.

Am i the only person who thinks they are now rapeing pokemon for everything its got.
Black and White (1) was unoriginal enough with half the pokemon being copys of 1st gen ones.
But this looks bad it looks like someone has gone on Pokemon fusion and put the 2 legendary's together, completely ignoring the unoriginal name.

It's going to be released this fall in NA.

Josh Brown speculates it taking place in Hoenn (This would alter the timeline of Pokemon a bit...)

Also, St Cool, personally, the gen I had some pretty unoriginal pokemon. 'BUT ZOEY HOW CAN THAT BE IF POKEMON DIDN'T EXIST PRIOR TO THEM'

Way based off of real life animals.
We have a caterpillar line, a turtle line, 2 bird lines, rats, snakes, bats, plants, wrestlers [x2], more plants, magnets, industrial waste, TWO ORBS and a bunch of other unoriginal stuff. Compared to real life.

In Gen V, we have dogs, cats, (o ya totally original [By the way, every generation has had some sort of cat.]), fish, alligators with swag, flowers, and literal ghosts that eat people, cells, a Gothic Lolita chick, and a chandelier.

...Also, I agree with the Pokemon Fusion bit. Kyurem's formes look utterly ridiculous.

I agree, the pokemon franchise seems to be running out of creativity and losing its touch.

Pokemon was an amazing success with Emerald. That game was amazing. All games since then haven't been very good other than the johto remake. So yeah, this'll suck. Protip for any pokemon game: name your character "Master". It's hilarious.

they should make a whole new game style no rangers dungeon or basic gotta catch em all but something like... a game where you build an army of pokémon and conquer all (or pokémon catch people lol)

That's like saying Red = Gold/Ethan = Brendan = Lucas = Hilbert. Yeah, they're similar, but they're still vastly different.
(or, to even go a tad bit farther, Red = Ash = Red [PkmnSpe], don't even get me started on the difference between those three even though they're all counterparts within different works)

Also, try creating 600+ original creatures with different type combinations (hint, there's a total of 289 type combinations) and have them all being vastly different.

also, JadElClemens, it's hardly losing its touch. If anything, it's becoming more original. It's been getting, I don't know. Edgier, I'd guess. That's a good word for it. The target audience is getting older, you know. What kind of child's game plays with morals and has child abuse? What kind of game has a team that threatens to tear apart the very point of its own game? Truth, Ideals, Black or white? Game Freak isn't repeating, isn't following patterns anymore. The fact that Pokemon B/W 2 exists is proof of that.

No pokemon has some things that stay through gen's which are good ex: Starters being fire, water and grass a simple normal pet, a bird a ultra powerful legendary. But now they are making every one the same.

Anyways, for the people who are complaining about how Pokemon is horrible now, (and i sorta agree), a new, different kind of thing is coming out, called Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition, where you take over Japan with Pokemon. So calm down.

In my opinion,they should allow the people to decide at least some of the Pokemon for it;there are hundreds on Youtube. As with Kyurem,it should have been able to learn the two moves Nintendo has stored in the game away already. But,they are going to change up the story a bit,and like Platinum,it will (should) be better than the prequels.

Isolating anyone, especially a child, usually stunts mental and emotional growth. That's emotional abuse.

N was set up from the very beginning as a pawn. He truly believes what he is saying, and then Ghetsis pretty much says, 'You're a horrible disappointment and I set you up all along.'

So it's pretty much the exact opposite of all the antagonist groups. Except they (team plasma) still abuse Pokémon, if not more so than Team Rocket. So that's just hypocrisy, but that's only a few of the grunts doing it.

I heard abotu this a couple weeks ago.
But what I wish to see in pokemon sometime soon is a game where all the regions are fused into one game, and ALL of the pokemon can be caught, without transferring from older games, and maybe no version exclusives, and no event pokemon. But that's just me.

-If all the regions were fused together, we could have the largest pokemon adventure ever... and battle 40 gym leaders. Maybe we could even choose the region to start at?
-If ALL the pokemon could be caught, and there were no trades, people would stop wasting money buying extra games and wasting time trying to catch the pokemon they need.
-If there were no event pokemon, it would be more fair to the people that have no wifi, and buy the games too late.

These are just my opinions.

It was officially announced 3 days ago, so...

I don't think the DS can handle all the regions, there's just not enough space on the cartridges.
If all the pokemon could be caught, then that would sort of take out the social part of the game, you know?
It would also be unfair to those who go out of their way to get event Pokemon. I went to gamestop two days in a row to get celebi, and then the next day I went out and got my DSi and Pokemon White. And TRS and all that other stuff. You snooze, you lose.

ThuggishPrune's right, Pokemon's getting worse. I stopped playing Pokemon because it became sucky.

I like Pokemon gen 1-3 though.

It's just that you're growing up and nostalgia makes you only like the old ones.
