Minecraft Server for EE: SkyRift

[ where the sky is the limit ]

SkyRift is a Minecraft server started by me, TakoMan02, on July 7th, 2012. I finally feel that the Multiplayer platform is stable enough to create a permanent server; in previous months I couldn't say the same.

I have experience with server management, so you can trust that this server will be a great place most of the time. It's vanilla, meaning this is the game that Mojang has published. There are a couple plugins for easy management (See "Plugins" below), but they do not affect you if you're playing vanilla like you should be.

The server is run on my own computer, but it is online 24/7. I plan to use a paid service in the future to help reduce lag and CPU consumption, though, which will be a drastic improvement.

[ HOW TO ACCESS ]

[1] First, you need to apply to gain permission. Please fill out the following form and post it here:

In-game name: Gender: Age (not required): Location (for time zone reasons, also not required): Rephrase the following (not verbatim):  I will not steal, grief, or otherwise be an intentional annoyance. I understand that this will not be tolerated, and that if I am found to transgress these rules twice I will be banned permanently.   Instead, I will be helpful and nice to everyone I meet, and show respect for their buildings or other achievements.

[2] Open Minecraft.
[3] Sign in. If you do not own the game, please buy it. This is not needed, though.
[4] Click "Multiplayer" ? "Add server" ? Enter the following IP in the "Server Address" box: skyrift.servegame.com
[5] Click "Done" and you will see the server on your MP server menu. Double-click on it to connect.

If you have a ninja skin on is stealing and killing permitted?

And you might add a rule to don't destroy other peoples houses because we don't want thatssssss a very nice house you have there.

Why hello there. This server is currently OFF. It'll be on in a couple hours.
GETTING INTO THE WORLD:
You need Hamachi turned on, because I'm ghetto like that. [Hamachi download - Unmanaged version]
Once it's downloaded, go to "Networks" then click on "Join a server".
Name: EE Minecraft
Password: eemc
Once that's set up, open Minecraft and click on Multiplayer.
Here's the IP: 5.112.205.232

RULES:
> Only one house per user.
> Your house can be wherever you want and whatever size, just make sure there's at least 1 block in between you and your neighbor's house.
> We highly encourage you help other players if they need help or make the town a better place by building or fixing.
> Do not steal anything from other players.
> Do not destroy other people's houses. If you cause a creeper to explode near someone's house, fix it ti the best of your extent.
> Don't kill people unless it's accident or self-defense.
> Obvious things like hacking, use of programs to break the laws of MC and cursing/spamming are not permitted.

RPGMaster2000: The house inside the mountain right behind the spawn point.
TakoMan02: The cobblestone house near/behind the waterfall.
Rurigok: The T-shaped house near Tako's house.
