Professor Randy Pausch's last lecture at CMU before his death to cancer. It's really inspiring, lighthearted and motivational. Though it may be long, it is one of those things that everyone should see at some point in their lives. (He co-wrote a novel on the subject as well titled "The Last Lecture")
