Future goals

What are some things you want to accomplish in your life? Certian goals or dreams?

Feel free to share what you want to accomplish during your life.

As for me:

Books have always been something magical to me. I've loved them at a young age, to hold them by the ends and become mesmerized by the story inside of it. I also enjoy listening to stories told by other people, folktales, myths, all related. However, for long periods of time I'm not a fan of audio books or tablet books. To me, audio books take away the voice I imagine the character(s) to have, and tablet books make my eyes hurt after about 3 hours.

I've always wanted to write books. I written short stories before (maybe I'll share them?), but a book would be so satisfying to write.

I've had two in mind for a while, one titled 'When the Bombs Fell', that would be a book about a group of men trying to survive a brutal war in 2185 (I'll have plenty time to decide by then) that is seemingly impossible for them to survive, but one of them can secretly reverse time to undo the others' deaths in order to win. Of course, if he dies, no more changing time for the others, so they'll all need to try and help him survive the most. Or will they?

The other book would be based on a small family trying to escape their country after a series of seemingly endless natural disasters lays waste to it. As they travel they'll encounter a variety of folks also as determined to make it out alive, where they'll have to make numerous decisions on whether they should allow others to join them, vice versa, or have to leave them on their own, all while trying to flee their country in time. However, not all of who they meet might be who they say they are, and will all of the group act in favor of each other or not?

Well, if you want to write a book, why don't you? It's... well, it's not easy, but it's possible. Look up NaNoWriMo. Sure, you missed it this year, but you don't necessarily have to do it in November. Fahrenheit 451 was written in 9 days on a typewriter.

I think I'd like to go one step further and get a book published. Or even three. I actually have two inter-related series in my head... but it's not going so well, as evidenced by the fact that there's a lot of reds and yellows on my word count signature thing. But hey, it's all good fun.

My ultimate goal in life is to be happy, which sort of sounds easy but I find it hard, especially these past few days. ItmakesmewonderhowmuchI'vebeenlyingtomyselfabouthowhappyIam...

I aspire to:

-Obtain a very accurate pitch recognition (train as much as I can for perfect pitch)
-Be sexy & muscular without working out
-Be on broadway

1. Be a programmer (nerdiest in my class and stuff, gonna take a 800-hour course next year)
2. Be a millionaire or higher, even if not with the way in #1 (money can buy happiness)

I've had several thoughts about what I want.

Owning an electronic engineering company(becoming the next Steve Jobs!)
Becoming an electronic engineer.
Learning programming and making games.
Joining a big game company(like Ubisoft)
Owning a game company(that will hopefully be very famous).
Making game sprites.
Composing game soundtracks.

It's not that, it's just I procrastinate a lot, and sometimes I can't get ideas for awhile. Like writer's block.

Get a goat to trim my lawn
Get 999999999999999999999999999999 diamonds in EE
Teach a monkey to drive a motorcycle blindfolded
Invent a time machine that gives you free baking soda

Actual Goals:

Obtain the Black Trainer Card in Pokemon Black
Set something on fire that's not flammable
Become a pilot and purposely crash a plane to teach the passengers how to survive like a d**k
Press an easy button

That was easy.
