Tomatoes are obviously vegetables. That's an easy question. However, did you know that bananas are vegetables? Don't believe me? I got proof:

What are you talking about?

Well, fruit is defined by the edible portion of a plant that contains the ovaries that produces the seeds, so that is basically why it's know as a fruit. So that is apple, orange, grape, peaches, cucumber too and tomatoes anything like that like.

Though, vegetables such as, potatoes, lettuce, ect,(but not tomatoes) , only produce seeds when they flower, or some through the root. No vegetables grow on trees, maybe small shrubs but never trees.

If you didn't understand that, then name a juicy vegetable that grows on a tree. They don't exists,

Toh-Mah-Toes are a fruit, I like them raw. Allerulezs teacher is a vegetable. I like the cherry ones and the yellow ones.

Actually I read somewhere that they're related to deadly nightshade and you shouldn't eat them raw too often.

Tomatos are botanically a fruit but are a vegetable for culinary purposes. They ARE related to nightshade and haven't been thought to be poisonous for several centuries.

Tomatoes are scientifically a fruit but by taste and use it's much more like a vegetable.

I believe it is a fruit, though I just consider it a vegetable so I don't confuse myself. I like it in salsa and tomatoe sauce.

Oh any I say it like TAH-MAY-TOE, with the 'AH' being mostly just 'A' since my accent is lazy (so like ta-may-toe)
