Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Lucius was an epic Indie game.
I love to play games. In my point of view followings are the top 10 best games of 2012.
Walking Dead ? The Game.
Assassin?s Creed 3.
Dishonored.
The Pinball Arcade.
Mass Effect 3.
Persona 4 Golden.
Journey.
Borderlands 2.
Guild Wars 2.
Far Cry 3.
I hope you agree with me.
I thought that you were going to say 007 Legends...
I don't play new games because yes, they're either shooting people's eyes out, or super-happy cutesy kiddy games; I stick to the old(er) reliable games.
Halo 4 was named the most anticipated game of 2012. That automatically puts it in the top 5 so gtfo if you don't have it in top 5. Borderlands 2 is also one of the top 10 games most likely.

No. Just because people are looking forward to a game doesn't mean it won't end up being complete garbage.

We also can't add games to our list if we have never played them.
Ugh, Journey was absolutely terrible. You can throw in a crap ton of atmosphere and stuff but means nothing if the game has boring gameplay and is two seconds long. Atmosphere is an enhancer for a game, not what defines it.

If Nintendo don't put a gun in Mario's hand they won't have a good year this year as well.
In my opinion, it would make his games a fraction as good as it is now.

This is only partially true. The reason a game becomes really wanted is because trailers and teasers make them wanted. Still think that doesn't make it a good game? People had a chance to play it at E3 and other gaming places which made it even more anticipating. People had a chance to feel the awesomeness of Halo 4 meaning that it is clearly one of the best games of 2012.

Those are only demos and can be changed for the official game. Anticipation of a game doesn't mean it will be a good one.
From what I've seen, it doesn't look like much of a new game. I'd probably play it an hour at most if I ever played.
Intrusion 2
Hotline Miami
FTL: Faster Than Light
Spec Ops: The Line
Far Cry 3
Stealth Bastard (+ Deluxe)
Dishonored
Awesomenauts
Counter Strike: Global Offensive
ScribbleNauts: Unlimited
Worms: Revolution
I Wanna Be The Guy: Gaiden
QUBE
DLC Quest
...That's my list of good games made in 2012.
(I'll probably update this list as I go along)

That's because we have a different taste in games. However Halo 4 is definitely in the top 5, I am sure of it.

Well, possibly by highest ratings, though I haven't checked. However individually it's highly subjective and will obviously greatly vary.

My favorite games I've played made in 2012:
#1 - Scriblenauts Unlimited
#2 - NEW! Super Mario Bros. 2 (Do demos at the store count?)
I can't think of any other games made in 2012 worthy of being in the Top "10" list.

This begs to differ.
I would cry so hard with happiness if they made a Kirby Air Ride 2 this year. That game is immensely underrated and deserves more recognition.
