I love to play games. In my point of view followings are the top 10 best games of 2012.
Walking Dead ? The Game.
Assassin?s Creed 3.
Dishonored.
The Pinball Arcade.
Mass Effect 3.

Borderlands 2.

Best games of 2012.. that's a hard one.   I haven't played any new games in a long time   I could easily make a list of best games.. but of 2012?   I'm disappointed with the games of today.

I didn't play many games, but definitely my favorite strategy game was Pokemon Conquest. It was also my favorite Nintendo game, favorite Pokemon-spinoff game, favorite RPG, favorite musical soundtrack, and favorite cast of characters in 2012.

I think last year has been absolutely terrible for Nintendo. I can't think of a single good game that they made.

None. I only play games when the get slightly older. I'm disappointed with most modern games, which are mostly:

shoot -   shoot - shoot - hide - hide - shoot - hide - get a better gun - shoot - shoot - defeat them - walk around - start over

I've probably played a few, but can't think of them right now.

In case you also include games that are from other years:

#01 - Kirby Super Star Ultra
#02 - Minecraft
#03 - Pac-Man: Adventures in Time
#04 - Kirby's Return to Dream Land

I'm too lazy to get my list and remind myself all of them.

If Nintendo don't put a gun in Mario's hand they won't have a good year this year as well.

I love all of those aside from minecraft which I never play.

Pac-Man: Adventures in Time used to be one of the only games I ever played, and I love both of the Kirby games.

I quite like nintendo land and the wiiu in general. Kid Iccaris uprising was really fun. I've heard good things about paper mario sticker stars, but I haven't played it yet. Other than that, I could agree.

But yeah, they need to cut out the New Super Mario Bros stuff.

Sticker Star is pretty much just "WHAT THE **** WERE THEY THINKING?!!?"

No partners, no exp, no leveling up, no badges, no selecting which enemy you attack, no special moves and it costs money everytime you want to attack ever. There just seems to be no good reason to cut all of those things outta the game. It was still pretty fun but MAAAAAAAN

I couldn't really enjoy that game due to it being relatively bad compared to Fire Emblem. On it's own it's pretty good but it's essentially the same gameplay Fire Emblem without the decades of exp with that genre the creators of FE have.

The 3rd Boss in sticker star is a hacker. I get like 35 health and he gets 300

Other than that I don't really play any new games. I tend to stick with the older ones.

Packs don't ruin the game, and things liek BC and beta removal were Chris' ideas.   He tells MrShoe what to do and programs.   Stop blaming Shoe for everything.

If we're going to do favorite games and not best games made in 2012, then.. my favorite game of all time: Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

And what about indie games? Doesn't anyone like indie games?

Other than 2012, World of Goo was good, Assassin's Creed II is one of my favourite games of all time.

I can't really think of anything from 2012, but for me Assassin's Creed III's storyline was a little bit disappointing, but the gameplay was good. I haven't played many 2012 games, I can't think of much. I play old games mostly; at the moment I'm in the middle of Megaman X and Warcraft III: Reign Of Chaos. My brother says Warcraft III is the best game he's ever played.
