Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: Your favourite sport!

By the way, I forgot to mention that I went in for volleyball for around four years. I didn't like it, but I kinda can play it. A bit boring game...

Also I usually take morning exercise in summer existing biking and swimming, kbye

Re: Your favourite sport!

I like playing a lot of sports but I'm too lazy to actually go outside and start playing. I like football/soccer, basketball and I have finally come to like rugby, only to find that my rugby lessons in school (P.E.) have ended.

Actually I barely go outside. I spend most of my time in a room with a computer.

So you're saying soccer isn't good? Explain please, I would love to hear your reasoning.

The game goes on for a long time without much excitement and often goes scoreless, as well as going against basic human nature.

Are you serious?

Sure, it make seem boring to you (and a few others), but soccer is one of the greatest (and earliest) sports in the world. Just because a team might not score doesn't mean the match wasn't exciting. Fantastic saves, fabulous headers, and deep nasty rivarly has made it the most popular sport in the world (except the US, cause MLS is not has good as, say, Copa del Rey). It also produces some of the most popular sports players in the world. People such as Lionel Messi, Pele, and Javier Hernández have worldwide attention, while almost nobody outside the western hemisphere knows who Drew Brees is.

Popularity does not indicate how good a sport is.

I think soccer is a lot better than football.   It takes more skill.   Football is a bunch of sweaty men carrying balls and tackling each other.   It's a lot harder to direct a ball with your feet than it is to just carry it.   American football is over-rated if you ask me.   How does soccer go against basic human nature?   Football seems to fit that discription better than soccer.   Just about any sport I can think of is more exciting than football.

Human nature is to use your hands.   In football you use your hands too.

In soccer at it's simplest, you have to prepare for someone to do one thing: kick the ball.
In football at it's simplest, you have to prepare for the quarterback to run, or throw, or hand the ball off.

Football includes kicking the ball as well as carrying it and throwing it.   Three skills is better than one.

And I think you meant description.

How'd you know??

But also soccer is more complicated than football. there is throwing in soccer, and you have to be very fast and quick minded to play soccer. Soccer is uncredited as a tough sport. When I played soccer with my school, most of the kids did it because they thought that it was easy. i ended up scoring more goals than the offense (I play defense) and won MVP for my team. Soccer is an underestimated sport.
