As an American I think its true, our vocabulary is so huge that a lot of people don't know all of it and then there is slang and alot of it...

It was a really bad "joke", but I don't think you read Zoey's post correctly. It appears Zoey took issue with the joke simply being out of place in the context. For a thread titled "seems legit", only the first picture fills the implied criteria. The assumption that the second picture is complementary to the first is not hard to make, I made it myself when I first saw this thread.

I do not see the point of these.

The first picture is some arbitrary numbers leading up to some dumb joke based on stereotypes.

The second picture is trying to say "haha, did you know that power is electricity?!".

The third picture is about how death is like being too calm.

The last picture is a dialogue about Ninjas butchered up and presented in the absolutely worst way possible.
That's it. There is no important point to get unless you really care about old "jokes".
