ISP =/= Speed

Somehow the results from the Reston, VA server were better than the DC results.   I live much closer to DC.

Not bad. While running EE I somehow got a D+, but I was testing a different server.

Why the hell do some people that live in small towns have better connection than me when I live in one of the major cities of New Zealand. I am hating my connection, when I have enough money, I am moving to Maryland.

Or use the money to buy a better speed?

Today we were trying to set up a wireless router, but it didn't work, so we just went back to the broadband and I probably messed up everything in the process. Ironically, the internet speed has increased a lot now, but it still sucks.
