Hmm, I would suggest looking in the Newgrounds Audio portal, probably something maybe a bit popular, maybe under the trance or drum and bass genres?

I mean it's a shot in the dark but still better than nothing.

It can be VERY hard to find a song without any clue, so I'd suggest asking the maker of the video if he remembers anything about the song (where he got it or heard it or something like that).

If it isn't showing up on Midomi I'm going to back up what Zoey said: this sounds like Newgrounds stuff.

Sounds like a challenge. I'm going to attempt to find the original music name.
I've exported the music and trimmed it, going to use a few softwares to see if I can identify.

If not, I'll attempt to identify it by file size. Should find it within an hour or less.

This sounds like it came from a music program where you can make your own music using different beats, me and some friends used it to make songs for games on an old website, this does sound like it was just thrown together with different tracks layering over each other.
