Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

And I couldn't think of anywhere I could ask.
I need some sort of program/applet thingy. Google is of no help.
I want it so when I hit the minimize button (edit: of specified program's windows)(that little - in the corner) it will not mimimize, but go into a little icon on the taskbar, next to the clock with all the other little icons. I want the ability to change the icon. And of course, I need the ability to restore the window by hitting the icon.
Whether you find on on the internet, or make one with code, it doesn't matter.
I'm sorry for being so demanding, I'm not usually like this.

I want to be able to bring up my browser, and then start a large download. Then, I minimize it, and it goes down next to the clock. Then I can let it run in the background, without a clunky window open on my screen.
If it helps you or anyone who may have advice, you want to be able to iconify a window/application to your tray/system tray. That's the terminology you're looking for.

EDIT: I created one in C#, I didn't add in any process injection because I don't want my hoster to detect a false positive. Anyways, I tested and it seems fairly functional - and source code is included.
Here you go: http://everybodyedits.info/$directory/
It's named TrayMinimize.rar
Though, I don't know exactly what you are looking for because the main post didn't make the largest amount of sense, though I think this code might come in handy; it allows programatically changing the icon in the tray.
