I'm skinny but fairly I think I have decent muscles. I have started doing press-ups every night. I started at 20, and I do one more every night. I'm now on 33. Still not hench though.
Press-ups rely on your body weight, I've seen a picture of you, you're a twig.

Press-ups are a good workout, but the bad thing that you're doing is only 1 set for the entire day. To have decent muscles or better you must at least do multiple sets of a workout for the time you start and keep the flow going, or the least effective way is to do multiple of sets a day, but in multiple times in different hours of the day. The thing that you're doing right now is like a stretch for your muscles.
