I was just wondering, how many of the people on the forums are in shape? How many are very skinny? Are any overweight? This isn't a place to judge, and if you don't feel comfortable posting, that's fine.
Personally, I am underweight. I am not malnourished, I actually eat quite a lot. I just have a very high metabolism and I don't exercise like I should... I actually would like to work out but I feel like I would be judged if I did.
But yeah, feel free to share.

I'm pretty skinny to be honest. It is true that I am very active and do exercise regularly, but I also eat a lot (mostly sweets). Although, I don't eat unhealthy foods very much, I stay focused on what I should and shouldn't have, and sometimes treat myself. Sometimes.
I am very angry at life for making my body what it is now. I am one of the smallest guys in my class, I weigh under 50kg which is normal if I was 12, but I am 16 -.- and I suck at sports and I am always one of the last guys to get picked onto the team cause of this.
Considering how much I hate this, I always tend to find myself trying to improve my body shape by going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I also used to go to taekwondo but I quit after I ripped my leg muscle which prevented me from being able to kick higher than my head. I would have never quit but puberty made all my muscles stiff, that is why it ripped in the first place. However none of this tends to help me. My ultimate goal is to get to 170cm in height before I stop growing and pass the 50kg mark.

I honestly think my legs are over weight but people say its totally normal... I think they're lying. Anyways id say my body is rather skinny but i dunno

I have no idea.
I'm half way through my growth spurt, and am losing all me fat.
Now I'm cold :C
Riding bike daily for 60- 100 km. Then a training ride for another 120km twice a week. I also run from time to time. My legs are overweight from muscles and have to eat alot of chocolate in ordsr not too lose toouch weight.
27 years , 178cm and 70kg..

Well. During the summer I swim competitively from 6 ish to 8, and during the school year I swim from 6-8, then have afternoon practice from 4-730 ish, so during those times I'm in great shape.
Its during the off season I have trouble. Since swimming is one of the most intense sports aerobically and on e of the most physically stretching, my metabolism sbhoots through the roof, so I eat. A lot. But that's ok, since swimmers are supposed to. But when I'm NOT swimming, my metabolism doesn't slow down, so I gain some weight, but still stay fairly in shape.
I also try to work out, but I am too busy/unmotivated.
I wouldn't say I'm buff, but I'm fairly muscular, and in good shape.

Meh, you swimmers are all "fairly" muscular like gods. Just try some arm-wrestling with any trained swimmer and you see the difference ^^

I'm at normal weight,I also do some exercise,so I'm in shape.
Either skinny or normal. It's genetics or something, since judging from how much I eat I'd probably be fat.
I don't do any exercises other than running like there's no tomorrow to catch the bus, and maybe being a nub at footbasoccer in PE class counts.

Im skinny (high motabolism) And tall (idfk how) im the tallest in my family =0 I don't extrasize enough, i used to, but i got lazy =p i eat a lot... almost TOO much, but I don't gain any lps.

well from the waist up im skinny as hell. you can see my ribs right through my chest and i have no biceps whatsoever. however i have hugeass muscle legs. im 5 foot 9 and i weigh 160.

Im just average height, about 5'10 ish, I'm 16, turning 17 in October, I weight about 140ish (Dun worry, its not fat, muscle weighs more than fat or flesh does)
And a personal trainer type guy from my church gave me this new workout that i've been trying to do.. It has me on the floor panting every morning xP
