So pretty much you spend $75 on petrol/gas/getting car cleaned/etc. and you can win $25? As if you paid $50 not $75.

A deal is still a deal, and a pretty good one that makes you want to spend $75... unless I am missing something here.

It is a good deal.
A lot of cars nowadays are easy to spend up to $75 just in one fill. However, this means throughout the days of June 9th through June 29th. So basically, you could fill up gas as normally and save $25 for each $75 you put in.
