That's pretty neat. I like how the main colors never really went away.
If we're sharing logo histories, here's one of Shell's logos over the years.

Yeah I like the color blue, so usually everything I make has a lot of blue in it.

The first one was done forever ago, I think I made it using HTML then screen shot it.
The second one was a while ago, I made it using GIMP. Same for the 3rd one.

I like the purple glow behind your 3rd one. Perhaps make the letters a deep blue for your next logo, with a darker purple glow behind it?

For you next logo, a background would be a good idea.
The 3rd logos were made for website purposes, so I didn't use a background.

I use the first for mostly favicons. I use all of these for certain things.
