Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

This is a nearly impossible concept. I do not know the answers.
Are the following legible time schemes?
1:20am
7:43am
4:56pm
4:56am
To word it in another way, is 1:20am a legible time scheme?
I mean to say that you must take that question and insert each of the above times into it.
But answers that are not properly worded are not actually discouraged.
eg 6:43am is not a legible time scheme.
Disambiguation: no is not necessarily the answer to the question of whether 6:43am is a legible time scheme, it is merely an example of a properly worded reply.
I can provide no further information.
The point of this topic is to understand the responses to this question. The responses are more important than the question itself.

I honestly accidentally squadfs'd but I deleted the duplicate post.
I apologize for the confusion, I forgot to specify a few things. I will now edit the original post - it will be finished in a minute.
The original post has now been corrected. I apologize for the delay.
