This War of Mine

Such a sad game.
So many emotions, very touching game.
So much pain, yet such a big message.

A game showing civilians suffering from war. Any other crap game glorifies soldiers and their so heroic acts.

The game itself is inspired from poor living conditions and wartime atrocities in the Bosnian war, especially the siege of Sarajevo. I was 7 when the war broke out and 8 when this siege started - and 12 when it ended. 4 years of living hell.
I don't think anyone of us can even losely imagine the horrors of it. Do you know how long 4 years can be when something simple as toilet paper becomes luxury? Let alone clean water or a bed.

There is a video about a survivor of the siege ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gotK5DLdVvI ) who is ..as old as I am. He was 9 when the siege started.
I cannot believe how people blindly follow their political leader and even promote war and I hope these trailers and the game itself makes you think about it all.

Well this is sad, but a very nice change. Not enough people actually think about all of this nor know how many people war actually affects other than the 'good guys' and the 'bad guys'. I'm sure this will get a lot of attention from others just from the uniqueness aspect, and hopefully get people thinking about this.
