I say keep both, it is a chain reaction:

If builders club stays, EE makes more money.
If EE makes more money, it is more worthwhile making.
If it is more worthwhile making, there will be more time spent making it better.
If there is more time spent making it better, there will be better updates.
If there are better updates, there will be better blocks.
If there are better blocks, there will be better worlds.
If there are better worlds, everyone will be or not or

But now he gives us a chance to redeem ourselves. It seems that the letter petitions work. So if we get enough supporters and email him, maybe changes can be made.
