This test is based on a book called The Prince, it's about power and how to get it and keep it.

I got a result of 58. Which, according to the graphs is slightly below average.
Kind of interesting since I have a history of knowledge surrounding social manipulation/engineering.

well it depends on whether you apply these rules or not, you can agree on this is how human nature works but you can steer away from applying these cynical rules.

the entire thing is based around do the ends justify the means really

for me personally, i would not agree with that high of a score

I'm not entirely sure what each end of the spectrum means as far as scores go, nor do I understand what my score says about my personality.

People who get a higher score would have a personality closer to that of a dictator, people who get a low score are pansies.

I also remember taking this one a while ago and I think my scores were about the same, maybe a little higher now than before.

This is so ridiculously stupid. Machiavelli wrote The Prince as a parody of the selfish people in power, he did not think this was actually effective nor did he approve it.
