"bae" as an acronym has existed for a long time completely unrelated to the far more common version that you are coming from. Just because it's an uncommon usage and barely anyone ever said "bae" before the use you're referring to was popularized doesn't make it a backronym.

And you know this how? I don't know about you but I've never met a white person who said Bae was an acronym. I've never met one that said it wasn't an acronym, either, though, so there's that.
