Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I would hide in the forest, it's near my house.

There are people who know where you live - they will find you.

So many questions come up for that question but whatever.
First I will remove myself from technology (or anything that can basically tell people who I am and where I am).
Then I will gather essentials like food and water (luckily it snowed so I could possibly refill my water bottles and let the snow melt a little), matches/lighter, blanket, etc.
Make sure you have cash on you (enough to buy important things)
get warm clothes because it is winter. and here's my first question, can they tell it's me if I wear a disguise?
Okay so after I get all that stuff time to trek out, and since I am basically in the center of a pretty large city this will be difficult. If by a chance I can disguise myself and people can't tell who you are then my best bet might to stay in the city and try to act normal but still be away from people for the most part, never stay in one place too long, make sure the disguise is secure and no one can tell anything about you. For the nights here try to be as isolated as possible and make sure there is no way people will follow that path at night (here's the second question, do others sleep as well or not?). I'll take the harder answer, if they don't have to sleep, I better have found out a plan to lead them in wrong directions every chance I can get. Along with that when I find a place to stay for the night (assuming you do need sleep, but the others don't), I would make sure to set small things up where you will be easily woken, even if it isn't much time to get ready, it will help anyway in case they start questioning me (remember you are in a disguise) about why you are out here, and it will help get the thoughts straight. IF, an that's a big if, I need to buy something I won't be the idiot and put it on a card, gotta use cash for this stuff and only buy essentials, maybe new mask/clothes in case you get caught a lot at night, or food, nothing that will really slow me down if I have to run. Keep on doing that for the five days and just hope it'll work. (I know there are probably major flaws in this plan, but those were my thoughts on the subject).
Now, if you can't have a disguise, then I would get out of town almost immediately, so take maybe 10 minutes gathering my essentials from up top this post (but no money, I won't need that), then I would get in my truck and leave the town, luckily there are huge farms outside the town and it would be hard to navigate through for most people that aren't prepared for it (I would then put my truck far enough away to not let them know my exact position, but it would be closer than I'd like). Don't make obvious trails that people can easily follow you, gotta mess up the snow a little so people can't easily follow it. It is winter so people won't intentionally be out there anyway so it gives you a lot of time and there are also forests somewhat near there, so if they are truly bloodthirsty killers I would have to go in there in case they bring their trucks looking for me. Never stop moving. HARDLY use fires, they will blow your position so fast, only use if it is a life/death situation and you are dying from hypothermia or starvation and you found a dead squirrel to cook or something. The human body CAN survive 21 days without food, but that is obviously under great health and good conditions, these aren't, you might get by with 5 days but that is why you make sure to pack that backpack pretty full of food and possibly a blanket. Stay like that for five days and never stay in one spot and make sure to warm up that bottle of snow a little, don't want your body temp to get low. (again, huge errors probably not the best plan but whatever, it's something).
Okay now that's what I would think about doing, but in reality there would be absolutely no way to survive with every human out to get you, heck people would be flying in helicopters to try and find you, I would never be able to do it in reality and would just cherish that last hour before people start attacking me but I left it simple enough.
I apologize for any spelling/logic errors I made while writing this wall of useless text.
find a small boat (around 3 crewmembers) to any small island
when the time is up and the members are notified, I kill them
OR
force them to ride to the island. Kill the 2 other members and let the sailor live
when the island is nearing, kill the sailor
gather any supplies and survive

Gather up food, put phone in airplane mode, get in car, drive to mostly abandoned town located a little over an hour away, and hide in an abandoned building.
EDIT: take a detour, dump the phone in a field, and bring a watch and flashlight.

There are people who know where you live - they will find you.
But the forest is large, it would take more than a month to find someone in.

phone in airplane mode, get in car,
Airplane mode won't really do anything if people really want to look for you, and the car has a gps tracking thingy whatever on it.

Hosting a search party on foot, maybe, but we have technology!

Airplane mode turns off connectivity, and turning off location services will finish off the GPS, which I can't be tracked on anyway without some way to transmit the GPS results somewhere. And none of the cars I have access to are even in the same price range as a car that would have GPS or OnStar or something like that on it and nobody would plant a GPS device on there in advance because nobody would be looking for me yet. By the time they start looking for me, I'll almost be at my destination.

I would hop onto the nearest, and smallest cruise ship. If those people that were looking for me were actually trying to kill me, and not just playing the best game of hide and seek, I'd probably attempt to murder everyone onboard.
Which is to say, probably maybe 5 people or so. Serial killers have gotten away with much more.
