I don't know if this would count as a bug or not...
And I don't know if it was just me, or anyone else, but in the verification thingy to buy chat, when you visited the Paypal site, it was in another language, not sure what. And while there are a lot of people of different nationalities that play this, I think most speak English. Maybe this page could be defaulted to English or something?

You can easily change the language in the dropdown menu.
