Game Bar Issue

Im not sure if this is happening to more of you or if it's just me, but the bar where you look at the minimap, where you get your blocks, smileys, clear/save levels, and Go To Lobby button are all Hidden except for a small line at the top where I can click to see the stuff. I cannot access the blocks whatsoever though without going into full screen mode which is 1. A pain because I can barely hit the button and 2. I don't like it. Please someone help.
